Grab develops hotel reservation service in Vietnam
Grab has announced that it will launch a hotel booking service for customers in Vietnam.
Grab customers in Vietnam can easily book hotels at discounted prices on Agoda and Booking.com, with millions of accommodation options to choose from, ranging from luxury hotels to budget B&Bs, apartment complexes to resort villas.
Grab's services are expanding, offering lounge service and food and beverage discounts at major airports in Southeast Asia, as well as dedicated Grab bays at airports in Indonesia and the Philippines.
By the end of the year, Grab will offer a range of insurance benefits that you get with every booking made with Grab, including free personal accident insurance and insurance to cover flight delay costs.
A Grab points system will be developed that will allow users to accumulate points based on their use of the Grab service and use them for hotels, everyday Grab taxis, and Grab trips.
Grab offers a Platinum Club for frequent users, who receive benefits such as a 10% discount, a free airport shuttle bus, early check-in, and free late check-out.
