Before 9 AM, we assisted a Japanese expatriate with their move at City Garden in Binh Thanh District.
In the early afternoon, we provided move-in support for another Japanese expatriate at VMT Service Apartment.
We assist with moving in belongings and handling various procedures to help you start your new life.

In the afternoon, we provided move-in support for Japanese expatriates at District 2 and Estella Heights.
We also provide information that you will need immediately after moving in, such as how to use the facilities and the rules for disposing of garbage.
August 5th |Vinhomes Central Park Property Information (For Japanese Expatriates)

In the evening, I showed a property to a Japanese expatriate client at Vinhomes Central Park in Binh Thanh district.
Adjacent to the property is a vast green space (Park), making it a popular area for families.

August 7th |The Opera・Empire City・Sala・The Bloom Property information (Japanese expatriates)




Starting at around 8 AM, I guided a group of Japanese expatriate clients to The Opera.
From 10:00 AM, we will be offering the Thu Thiem, Empire City, and Zeit models.
In the evening, we showed another group around The Bloom.
By comparing multiple properties, you can experience firsthand the differences in floor plans and views.
August 10th |Diamond Island Moving-in preparations (for Japanese expatriates)

This morning, we carried out preparations for the move-in of Japanese expatriates at District 2 and Diamond Island.
We check the internet connection status and interior facilities in advance to ensure a smooth handover.
August 11th |Diamond Island Handover / Masteri Thao Dien Property Viewing (Japanese Expatriate)


Before 9 AM, we handed over the room to the Japanese expatriate at Diamond Island.
As prepared the day before, we were able to confirm that the equipment was working without any problems, and the handover was completed successfully.
In the afternoon, I showed properties to another Japanese expatriate client at Thao Dien and Masteri Thao Dien.
August 14th |City Garden Key handover / Masteri Thao Dien/Gateway Online viewing (Japanese expatriate)



Shortly after 8:00 AM, we handed over the room keys to the Japanese expatriate at City Garden.
Around lunchtime, we conducted online viewings of Masteri Thao Dien and Gateway for customers currently in Japan.
Even if you cannot come to the location in person, you can check the interior details thoroughly via video call.

Shortly after 9 a.m., at Midtown (District 7Phu My Hung), we gave a tour of the penthouse to the family of a Japanese expatriate.
Before noon, we received an inquiry from a Japanese expatriate living at Grand Marina Saigon regarding a malfunctioning air conditioner, and we went to their location to address the issue.
From 12:30, we guided a customer from Hong Kong on the Antonia.
In the afternoon, we handed over an Opal room to a single Japanese customer.
Although it was a Saturday, several staff members were able to assist four groups of customers in a single day.

August 18th |New property handover and Diamond Island residency registration support (for Japanese expatriates)


Around 10 AM, I assisted a Japanese expatriate living at Diamond Island with the registration process for their residence.
We provide assistance in Japanese not only with the for Rent contract but also with administrative procedures after moving in.
August 19th |City Garden Post-move-in support (Japanese expatriate)

Shortly after 10:00 AM, we received an inquiry from a Japanese expatriate living at City Garden, and provided on-site support.
Even after the contract is signed, we will visit your location and address any problems you may have.
August 21st |Bank Procedure Support / Estella Heights Property Introduction (Japanese and Korean Expatriates)


This morning, I accompanied and assisted a Japanese customer with their Bank application process.
We provide on-site assistance to guide you through procedures such as opening an account or making a money transfer, even if there are language barriers.
In the afternoon, I showed the Estella Heights to a client who is a Korean expatriate.
August 22nd |Sunwah Pearl Equipment support and move-out, Three Oaks property information (Japanese and Taiwanese)



At 9:00 AM, we received a call from a Japanese resident living in Sunwah Pearl regarding a malfunction in the building's equipment, and we went to the site to investigate.
Next, we handled the move-out process for another Japanese customer, also using unit Sunwah Pearl.
In the evening, we showed Three Oaks to a couple from Taiwan.

In the early afternoon, I showed a property to a Japanese client at Vinhomes Golden River.
In the afternoon, I moved to Grand Marina Saigon and am assisting another Japanese customer.

This morning, I received a request for assistance regarding daily life from a Japanese resident of The Opera, and I went to their location to address the issue.

In the afternoon, I assisted a Japanese expatriate living at The River with their consultation.
Even for small problems, we visit the site and address them directly while checking the situation firsthand.

In the evening, I received an inquiry from a Japanese customer living in Opal and provided assistance.

Next, we showed properties in the The Vista An Phu, Estella, and District 2 areas to our Japanese expatriate clients.
We continued providing information about for Rent and offering support after move-in until the end of the month.
