In July 2026, we received numerous requests from Japanese expatriates and their families throughout Ho Chi Minh City for property viewings, handovers, and management of properties we manage.

July 1st |Midtown Handover / Grand Marina Property Information (For Korean and Western Expatriates)

This morning, we handed over rooms District 7Phu My Hung and Midtown to a Korean expatriate.
Midtown is close to the Japanese school, and Condo is a popular choice for expatriates with their families.
In the afternoon, we showed the Grand Marina to our expatriate staff from Europe and America.

July 2nd |Empire City Tenant Recruitment / Zeit Property Information (For Japanese Expatriates)

In the early afternoon, we advertised for tenants for the rooms we manage at Thu Thiem and Empire City.
In the afternoon, we showed the same Thu Thiem Zeit to a Japanese expatriate client.
We had them tour several rooms and compare the layout, lighting, and condition of the furniture.

July 3rd |Property listings in Binh Thanh district (for Japanese expatriates)

At lunchtime, I showed a property in Binh Thanh District to a Japanese expatriate client.
We provide on-site tours to show you aspects that cannot be fully understood from photos or floor plans alone, such as natural light and the condition of the plumbing.

Starting around 8 AM, I showed a Japanese expatriate client the City Garden property in Binh Thanh district.
From 11:30 a.m., I showed another Japanese expatriate client around Sunwah Pearl (Golden House).

Starting at 9:00 AM, we handed over the rooms at District 1 and The Marq to the families of Japanese expatriates.
We have checked the functionality of the furniture and appliances and explained the facilities to ensure that you can start your new life with peace of mind.
I'm relieved that the handover was completed without any problems.

Starting at 10:00 AM, we showed a Thu Thiem property to a Japanese expatriate client.
In the afternoon, I moved to District 1 and showed another Japanese expatriate client around Grand Marina Saigon.

In the afternoon, we handed over the managed rooms at District 1 and Vinhomes Golden River.
From just before 7 PM, I had a meeting with a Japanese expatriate who had signed up for a Grand Marina Saigon contract.
Next, I handled the contract renewal for a Japanese family living in unit Estella Heights 3-bedroom.

July 23rd |City Garden Property Information (For Japanese Expatriates)

In the afternoon, we showed the City Garden to a Japanese expatriate client.
Located in Binh Thanh District, its convenient access to District 1 makes it a popular choice for families.

July 24th |Property delivery - The Marq andGrand Marina Saigon (Japanese expatriates, each living alone)

This morning, the Japanese expatriates received the We have handed over room Marq.
Later, at around 11:30 AM, we also handed over Grand Marina Saigon to another Japanese expatriate.
There are days when we have two property handovers scheduled at the same time.

July 25th |The Opera・Empire City Property information (Japanese expatriate)

In the afternoon, I took a Japanese expatriate client to The Opera at Thu Thiem.
We will also explain the status of surrounding development in the new area along the Saigon River.

In the afternoon, we welcomed Western guests at the Fusion Hotel (District 1) and showed them around property Buy and Sell.
For guests arriving from overseas, we provide assistance from meeting you at your accommodation to guiding you around the area.
Because there are systemic restrictions on foreigners obtaining real estate (Buy), we will explain the conditions while confirming them.

July 29th |Golden House 3-bedroom unit available for handover (for Japanese expatriates and their families)

In the afternoon, we handed over the property to a Japanese family in the 3-bedroom Golden House unit within Sunwah Pearl.
The 3-bedroom unit is a popular choice among expatriates traveling with their families.

July 30th |City Garden Handover (Japanese expatriate)

We handed over the room to the Japanese expatriate at City Garden starting before 9 AM.
I'm relieved that the handover was completed without any problems.

July 31st |Grand Marina Saigon Property Information (For Japanese Expatriates)

Even on the afternoon of the last month of the month, we offered the Grand Marina Saigon room to our Japanese expatriate clients.
Throughout July, I continued to deal with for Rent, Buy and Sell, and the rooms I manage until the end of the month.
