Bintan District DistrictShared office spaces like Sanwa Pearl INNO are also an option. Rent is mainly in the C class.

The typical contract period is 2 to 3 years. It is important to check the contract beforehand to confirm the scope of restoration required upon vacating the property.

Grade A properties are top-tier, offering excellent facilities, location, and management. Grade B properties are mid-range, and Grade C properties are cost-conscious. Foreign companies often choose Grade A or B properties.
Q. What is a rough estimate for the rent?
Grade A is approximately 40-601 TP4T/m²/month, Grade B is approximately 25-401 TP4T/m²/month, and Grade C is approximately 15-251 TP4T/m²/month. Management fees and VAT (101 TP3T) are usually charged separately.
Q. What is the contract period?
Generally, contracts are for 2 to 3 years. Some properties offer shorter contracts, but the rent may be higher.
