In early February, just before Vietnam's Lunar New Year, Tet, the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City becomes active due to a surge in demand before Tet. This is also a time when there is an increase in inquiries about finding properties before relocating or in preparation for the March transfer period.
This week, our staff at Ho Chi Minh Suzuki Real Estate provided services mainly within Ho Chi Minh City, including rental brokerage, property purchase support, property viewings, and condominium handover for Japanese clients.
This time, we will introduce some of the on-site work we handled in early February 2026.

February 7th |We guided more than 5 groups of clients in a single day – including investors, Sunwah Pearl, Midtown, and City Garden.

With the busy season leading up to Tet (Vietnamese New Year) upon us, we guided more than five groups of customers in a single day.
First thing in the morning, I met a client considering real estate investment at a hotel in District 1 and showed them around properties for sale.
We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from Japanese investors interested in investing in Vietnamese real estate. We have provided them with the latest information on the local market and offered proposals from both an investment and real-world needs perspective.

In the afternoon, we conducted rental property viewings at Sunwah Pearl in Binh Thanh district.
The lobby, adorned with vibrant Tet decorations, was very impressive.
Due to its excellent location and surrounding environment, this condominium is very popular with Japanese customers.


At the same time, one of our staff members was showing rental properties in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City.
We provided rental information at Midtown The Peak.
It seemed to be an especially busy day on the 7th arrondissement side as well, so in between showing multiple clients around, I took a quick lunch while preparing for the next one.
During peak season, on-site support involves a continuous stream of these kinds of situations.

In the evening, I conducted rental property viewings at the so-called new building of City Garden (Promenade 2 Tower) in Binh Thanh District.
This is a popular condominium that receives many inquiries from Japanese expatriates, and we were able to offer it to you as a last-minute booking before Tet (Vietnamese New Year).
February 8th |We then guided four more groups of guests to Grand Marina Saigon and City Garden.
On the following day, the 8th, I continued to assist multiple customers.
I conducted rental property viewings at the Grand Marina Saigon in District 1 this morning.
The red and yellow lanterns of Tet, along with the striking red decorations against the elegant marble-like lobby, create a vibrant atmosphere unique to the Vietnamese New Year.
Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, this luxury condominium is attracting attention from expatriates of major Japanese corporations.

At lunchtime, we moved to City Garden (Promenade 1 Tower) and showed rental properties to a different family than the one we had visited the previous day.
During this time leading up to Tet (Vietnamese New Year), we often receive interest from multiple clients for the same property, resulting in a high volume of on-site inquiries.
Over the past two days, we have guided approximately nine groups of customers.
As is typical for the busy period before Tet (Vietnamese New Year), we received many inquiries this week.
February 12th |We will hand over City Garden to the Japanese expatriate who has signed the contract.

On February 12th, just before Tet (Vietnamese New Year), we handed over the property to a Japanese expatriate who had signed a contract at City Garden in Binh Thanh District.
The entrance was decorated with yellow flowers and Tet decorations.
This Mai tree is an auspicious plant that symbolizes Tet in southern Vietnam, making it a fitting setting for the start of a new life.
We are relieved that we were able to successfully complete the contract and hand over the City Garden property.
