What is Chinese Vietnamese real estate?
Our company can handle Chinese, so we are promoting the real estate business not only for Japanese but also for Chinese. The Chinese market has reached 14.5 billion. Japan is no longer the top in Asia, but the productivity of Singapore and Hong Kong is overtaken. In this article, we would like to tell you that Vietnam real estate and the world economy can no longer be described without the Chinese.
Vietnam real estate as seen by Chinese people is absolutely “cheap”. However, there are various risks and there is a feeling that investment is not easy. This is something that is difficult to tell unless you have firsthand experience of Chinese life and culture.
In 2023, the Chinese, Taiwanese, Hong Kongers, and Singaporeans will be our most important customer groups.
