The other day, I received a consultation from a Japanese person in China regarding Vietnam real estate. About an hour, we received a remote consultation through SNS.

I have seen real estate in Shenzhen (sometimes my friend is Shenzhen) from eight years ago, and while working in Hong Kong, the price is higher than Tokyo's Minato Ward and the rate of price increase is high. However, I feel that there are many in the world.

Although it is true that there are many problems in developing countries such as Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh also expects future real estate value increase like Shanghai and Shenzhen.
