Location
Estella Heights is about a 20-minute drive from the center of District 1.
The area with many international schools in District 2 is about a 10-minute drive away.
Ward 2 also has a good number of kindergartens, including Montessori Kindergarten and Mirai Kindergarten for Japanese children. Although it is a little far from the school district of Ward 7, there are many school buses available, and the apartment is highly popular due to its proximity to work, school, and facilities.
Facilities
The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is directly connected to the shopping mall "Estella Place".
The lower floors of the second phase of the development, "Buildings T3 and T4," are allocated as a shopping mall. As of September 2024, the shopping mall houses Starbucks, Phuc Long Coffee, Annam Gourmet (luxury imported goods), Sushi Hokkaido Sachi (sushi), Sushi Uraetei (Japanese cuisine), Manwa (hot pot), Dimu Tu Tac (dim sum), an international hospital, and an eye clinic. There are also the very popular Haidilao (hot pot) and Pizza 4P's (Italian).
El Gaucho (a high-end steak restaurant) was located on the first floor until around mid-2024, but it has closed and Mikado Sushi (sushi restaurant) has started operating. The listing for this property closed in one week.
The shopping mall is connected to the apartment complex's entrance and the pool, so residents can enter from anywhere without getting wet in the rain.
The facilities are extensive, including two swimming pools, a fitness gym, a sauna, two tennis courts (on the 6th floor of T3 and T4), basketball, and a BBQ area.
