Binhomes Central Park condo contract [Rent 650USD - Taiwanese owner].

We have recently been shown Binhomes Central Park and have successfully moved in.

As a prerequisite, the customer wanted an affordable apartment with a bathtub (with a pool) in the Thao Dien district of District 2 to District 1. This is a condition that has been requested a lot, but I was looking for around 500 USD for my budget.

In the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City, prices continue to rise, and it was quite difficult to offer a property with a bathtub and quality that would satisfy you for 500USD. However, as our company's first goal is to introduce properties with good quality and reasonable price, we wanted to make a contract with our company.

Until the contract was signed, we wanted to make sure you understood our situation as well, so we showed you about 6 properties at Binhomes Central Park.

Originally, there were several properties in the Tao Dien area, but the properties with good cost performance are popular. It was decided by the day of showing, and it became the form only of showing in Binh Homes Central Park.

Although rents are currently down due to Corona, it is difficult to make an offer at 650USD.

The quality demanded by Japanese customers is higher than that of Chinese or Hong Kong customers, and we were not sure if we could satisfy them.

We showed them around for about 4 hours (about 6 properties) and also showed them the parks and facilities in Binhomes Central Park to inform them about the market and quality.

In the end, we presented a 650USD one bedroom high floor apartment with a view that he loved and we were able to close the deal that day.

 

As of 2023, the market price of 1 bed in Vinhomes Central Park will be about 800 USD.
650USD is the price when the market falls for 2 years in Corona.
