Mr Suzuki and Ms Sany are an absolute exception when it comes to dealing with property agents! They are professional, responsive, patient and most importantly trustworthy. I never got an impression that they were only trying to close a transaction quickly to earn their commission, but rather that they genuinely wanted to help.

I was unfortunate to have bought an apartment through a HK agent, which was quite the opposite experience. Thankfully, Mr Suzuki and Ms Sany not only helped me find a buyer quickly, but also guided me through the bureaucratic jungle of the sales process.

I have never experienced property agents who would spend half a day with me in HCMC at a notary office, help me at the bank to facilitate a smooth transfer of proceedings, drive me around, and assist every step of the way.
