Location
The center of District 1 is about 20 minutes by car.
It is popular among people commuting to Dong Nai Province, which has many industrial parks, or to offices in District 1 via the main road, the Hanoi Highway.
The area is close to our office, Xuan Thuy Street and Thao Dien Street, where there are many Western restaurants and general goods stores.
Many families who attend international school kindergartens and elementary schools live in the area.
Facilities
There are five buildings in total, and the shopping mall is accessible from either building in just one minute on foot. Over the past year or two, the shop tenants have changed significantly.
As of September 2024, representative stores include MUJI, Daiso, the large supermarket Vinmart, H&M, McDonald's, Starbucks, Highlands Coffee, and the hot pot restaurant Manwah, as well as Adidas, Calvin Klein, and Pandora.
The building is also fully equipped with a gym and a pool, but one downside is that there are only two tennis courts for a complex of 3,000 units. However, apart from this, the building has an excellent reputation and receives many inquiries.
