Location
It is located a little further into the Thao Dien area, within walking distance of Xuan Thuy, Thao Dien's main street.
Thao Dien is an area with many beer bars, restaurants, and cafes catering to Westerners, but as of 2024, Japanese restaurants are opening one after another.
Mirai Kindergarten used to be nearby, but it moved to a location near Gateway in 2023. International schools and Western kindergartens are within walking distance.
Facilities
There are two towers and no one bedrooms.
There are no shops on the premises, but once you leave the premises you will find the Korean convenience store GS25, a local supermarket, and a children's goods store.
On the 5th floor there is a pool, reading room, BBQ space and play area.
Layout
There are 2 and 3 beds.
Many apartments with three beds or more come with bathtubs, but Ascent is unique in that all rooms have bathtubs.
