This is a large-scale project with a total investment of 12 billion yen, of which 9 billion yen will be financed by a syndicated loan from Shokin Chukin. An IRC (Investment Registration Certificate) has already been issued by the Vietnamese government, and it will be a project that cannot be missed in the future.

In April 2018, the Mikazuki Group moved to Vietnam by promoting the system to make the partner company a local subsidiary (holding 66%) by transferring the shares. Next, in April 2019, the following year, we conducted M & A to make the subsidiary a wholly owned subsidiary.
