Luxury serviced apartment rental information

What is a luxury serviced apartment?

Service apartments in Ho Chi Minh City are rental properties furnished with furniture, appliances, and housekeeping services. We introduce high-end service apartments popular with Japanese expatriates, mainly in Districts 1, 2, 3, and 7.

While shorter contract periods may be possible in some cases, they are often more expensive, so we recommend a contract of 6 months or longer. We offer a range of units from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom, and are used by a wide range of people, from those on business trips to those accompanying their families.

Q. What is the difference between a luxury serviced apartment and a condominium?
Serviced apartments include hotel-like services (housekeeping, linen changes, etc.) in the rent. Condominiums, on the other hand, are rented from individual owners and generally do not include any services. Recently, however, there is a growing trend for condominiums to include housekeepers to address these issues.
Q. Is it possible to rent for a short period (1-3 months)?
Some properties offer short-term contracts on a monthly basis. However, the monthly fee is usually higher in these cases. Even if your assignment period is not yet determined, please contact us first.
Q. Is there a brokerage fee?
At Suzuki Real Estate, rental brokerage fees are waived for properties with a one-year contract and a monthly rent of 500 USD or more.
Q. Can you assist me in Japanese?
Yes. Suzuki Real Estate has Japanese licensed real estate agents and staff who can speak Japanese, so we can handle everything from property viewings to contract signing in Japanese. We can also provide a private car for viewings.
Q. Are there any pet-friendly properties?
Some properties allow pets. Conditions vary depending on the breed and size of the dog or cat, so please check individually.
