class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8d8a\u5357\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4e49\u52a1\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u652f\u4ed8\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u8d8a\u5357\u987a\u5229\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5916\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u5145\u5206\u4e86\u89e3\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u96c7\u4e3b\u548c\u96c7\u5458\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5982\u6743\u5229\u548c\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u662f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u603b\u8d1f\u62c5\u4ece2012-2013\u5e74\u96c7\u5458\u6708\u85aa\u768421%\u589e\u52a0\u52302014\u5e74\u768422%\u3002\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u52a0\u5165\u4e09\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\uff1a\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3001\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u548c\u5931\u4e1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u5305\u62ec\u75c5\u5047\u3001\u4ea7\u5047\u3001\u5de5\u4f24\u6d25\u8d34\u3001\u517b\u8001\u6d25\u8d34\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6d25\u8d34\u3002<\/li><li>\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669\u8d4b\u4e88\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u4f53\u68c0\u3001\u4f4f\u9662\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u95e8\u8bca\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/li><li>\u5931\u4e1a\u4fdd\u9669\u662f\u4e3a\u5931\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u6d25\u8d34\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u79bb\u804c\u524d\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\u5e73\u5747\u5de5\u8d44\u768460%\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u6765\u81ea\u524d\u96c7\u4e3b\u548c\u96c7\u5458\u7684\u4f9b\u6b3e\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96c7\u4e3b\u548c\u96c7\u5458\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u7f34\u7eb3\u4f9b\u6b3e\u3002<br>\u6240\u6709\u5728\u8d8a\u5357\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u6839\u636e 3 \u4e2a\u6708\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5b9a\u671f\u5408\u540c\u548c\u65e0\u9650\u671f\u7684\u96c7\u4f63\u5408\u540c\u5411\u6240\u6709\u5458\u5de5\u652f\u4ed8\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96c7\u4e3b\u5bf9\u8d8a\u5357\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u4f9b\u6b3e\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u96c7\u5458\u603b\u6536\u5165\u7684 18%\u3002\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u4f9b\u6b3e\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u603b\u6536\u5165\u7684 8%\uff08\u81ea 2014 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u8d77\u9002\u7528\uff09\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6700\u957f 3 \u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u96c7\u4f63\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u5df2\u5305\u542b\u5728\u5de5\u8d44\u4e2d\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u7f34\u7eb3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8d8a\u5357\u52b3\u52a8\u6cd5\uff0c\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669\u6db5\u76d6\u8d8a\u5357\u548c\u5916\u56fd\u96c7\u5458\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u8d8a\u5357\u96c7\u5458\u624d\u9700\u8981\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u548c\u5931\u4e1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u7f34\u8d39\u91d1\u989d\u6839\u636e\u52b3\u52a8\u5408\u540c\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6708\u85aa\u6216\u5de5\u8d44\u786e\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span \u7533\u62a5\u548c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u3002\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u4ece\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6536\u5165\u4e2d\u5f81\u7a0e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4f4d\u96c7\u5458\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u8d8a\u5357\u96c7\u5458\u548c\u5916\u56fd\u96c7\u5458\uff09\u63d0\u4ea4\u7eb3\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u8868\u3002\u4e0e\u65e5\u672c\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u6b3e\u5e76\u6309\u6708\u7f34\u7eb3\u7a0e\u6b3e\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u5e74\u7ec8\u8c03\u6574\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e (PIT) \u5728\u6263\u9664\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u7f34\u6b3e\u540e\u7684\u4f59\u989d\u4e2d\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u5ea6\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5e94\u7eb3\u7a0e\u6240\u5f97\u989d\uff0c\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u4e8e\u5e74\u521d\u4ee3\u5458\u5de5\u529e\u7406\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6708\u85aa900\u4e07\u76fe\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff08\u7ea65\u4e07\u65e5\u5143\/\u6708\uff09\u662f\u514d\u7a0e\u7684\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u7f34\u7eb3\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u662f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5728\u5185\u7684\u9ad8\u6536\u5165\u8005\u90fd\u8981\u7eb3\u7a0e\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u636e\u8bf4\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u768460%\u523080%\u662f\u7531\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u6211\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u8d8a\u5357\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0ePIT\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4e00\u7bc7\u4e13\u680f\u6587\u7ae0\u8fd8\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u8d8a\u5357\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u5de5\u8d44\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u4e5f\u8bf7\u53c2\u8003\u8fd9\u4e2a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
