C\u00f3 ba lo\u1ea1i b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c: b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m th\u1ea5t nghi\u1ec7p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3> B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i: b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m th\u1ea5t nghi\u1ec7p <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i bao g\u1ed3m ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 ngh\u1ec9 \u1ed1m \u0111au, thai s\u1ea3n, tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p tai n\u1ea1n lao \u0111\u1ed9ng, tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p h\u01b0u tr\u00ed, t\u1eed tu\u1ea5t, v.v.<\/li><li>B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf mang l\u1ea1i cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh n\u1ed9i tr\u00fa, ngo\u1ea1i tr\u00fa t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c c\u01a1 s\u1edf y t\u1ebf c\u00f4ng l\u1eadp.<\/li><li>B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m th\u1ea5t nghi\u1ec7p l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t kho\u1ea3n tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p n\u1ebfu ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng b\u1ecb th\u1ea5t nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 b\u1eb1ng 60% m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n c\u1ee7a 6 th\u00e1ng tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi ngh\u1ec9 vi\u1ec7c. N\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3 b\u1edfi s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p c\u1ee7a ch\u1ee7 c\u0169 v\u00e0 nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u1ea3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p.<br>T\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5 \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i cho t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u00f3 th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ee7 3 th\u00e1ng tr\u1edf l\u00ean v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0o Qu\u1ef9 b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i Vi\u1ec7t Nam n\u00f3i chung l\u00e0 18% tr\u00ean t\u1ed5ng thu nh\u1eadp c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng. C\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u00f3i chung l\u00e0 8% t\u1ed5ng thu nh\u1eadp (\u00e1p d\u1ee5ng t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 1 n\u0103m 2014). \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 3 th\u00e1ng tr\u1edf xu\u1ed1ng th\u00ec ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ef1 ch\u1ecbu tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u1ea3 nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean ng\u01b0\u1eddi Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam. Tuy nhi\u00ean, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m th\u1ea5t nghi\u1ec7p ch\u1ec9 b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam. Ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5 thu thu\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thu nh\u1eadp c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0 n\u1ed9p t\u1edd khai thu\u1ebf cho t\u1eebng ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng, \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u1ea3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i. Nh\u01b0 \u1edf Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n, ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng kh\u1ea5u tr\u1eeb thu\u1ebf, n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng v\u00e0 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh v\u00e0o cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n (TNCN) ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf tr\u00ean s\u1ed1 d\u01b0 sau khi tr\u1eeb c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ph\u1ea7n thu nh\u1eadp ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf c\u1ee7a n\u0103m tr\u01b0\u1edbc, c\u00f4ng ty s\u1ebd quy\u1ebft to\u00e1n thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n thay cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng t\u1eeb 9 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng tr\u1edf xu\u1ed1ng (kho\u1ea3ng 50.000 JPY m\u1ed7i th\u00e1ng) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c mi\u1ec5n thu\u1ebf v\u00e0 h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft ng\u01b0\u1eddi Vi\u1ec7t Nam kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n. Hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 thu nh\u1eadp cao, k\u1ec3 c\u1ea3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i, \u0111\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf. Tr\u00ean th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf, ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta n\u00f3i r\u1eb1ng 60% \u0111\u1ebfn 80% doanh thu thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u1ea3 b\u1edfi ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E3%83%99%E3%83%88%E3%83%8A%E3%83%A0%E3%81%AE%E7%B5%A6%E4%B8%8E%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86%E3%83%BB%E8%B3%83%E9%87%91%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86\"><\/span>Ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u1ea7n n\u00e0y, t\u00f4i gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch v\u1ec1 an sinh x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i v\u00e0 thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam.
