Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u th\u00eam 7-9 USD m\u1ed7i th\u00e1ng, v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c t\u0103ng th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c n\u0103m tr\u01b0\u1edbc. T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u0103ng l\u01b0\u01a1ng n\u0103m 2018 l\u00e0 6,5%, so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2017 m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u t\u0103ng 7,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u1ed5ng Li\u00ean \u0111o\u00e0n Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam (VGCL), \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng, \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t m\u1ee9c t\u0103ng \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 6,1%. Ph\u00f2ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i v\u00e0 C\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam (VCCI), v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd, \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t m\u1ee9c t\u0103ng 5,1%. Sau khi tham kh\u1ea3o \u00fd ki\u1ebfn c\u1ee7a H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng Ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng Qu\u1ed1c gia, t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ea3ng ph\u00e1i ch\u00ednh tr\u1ecb \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u1ed3ng \u00fd \u1edf m\u1ee9c 5,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E3%83%99%E3%83%88%E3%83%8A%E3%83%A0%E3%81%AE%E6%9C%80%E4%BD%8E%E8%B3%83%E9%87%91\"><\/span>M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u Vi\u1ec7t Nam<br><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u n\u0103m 2018 dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 2,76 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng (118 USD) \u0111\u1ebfn 3,98 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng (171 USD), t\u00f9y theo khu v\u1ef1c. Theo k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t, 26,5% c\u00f4ng nh\u00e2n \u0111ang g\u1eb7p kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ebfm s\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 12,5% cho bi\u1ebft ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ee7 nu\u00f4i gia \u0111\u00ecnh.
