T\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng GDP qu\u00fd I c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam l\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean gi\u1ea3m xu\u1ed1ng 3,82% sau 10 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Hooke b\u00e1o c\u00e1o r\u1eb1ng m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111ang ch\u1eadm l\u1ea1i, nh\u01b0ng n\u00f3 cao h\u01a1n c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00e1c trong khu v\u1ef1c \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1 (ASEAN). Trong trung h\u1ea1n, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn s\u1ebd duy tr\u00ec \u1edf m\u1ee9c kho\u1ea3ng 6,5% do xu h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u0103ng \u0111\u1ea1o \u0111\u1ee9c hi\u1ec7n nay.
