Saigon Centre is Takashimaya's office in Ho Chi Minh District 1<\/h3>\nFor Japanese living in Ho Chi Minh City, the building is more aptly called Takashimaya than Saigon Center. Ho Chi Minh Takashimaya opened in July 2016 as the first Japanese department store in Vietnam.\nA total of five floors of Saigon Center, from the second basement to the third floor above ground, were occupied by Takashimaya and various shops as commercial space.\n
\nThe lower floors are a commercial area including Takashimaya, while the upper floors are high-class offices with a grade of A.\n

Location of Saigon Centre<\/h3>\nSaigon Centre is located on Nguyen Hue Street from the Ho Chi Minh Opera House, on the way to Ben Thanh Market. It is a few minutes' walk to the Vitexco Financial Tower, Sanwa Tower and the Ho Chi Minh People's Committee building.\n

Saigon Centre Tower 1<\/h3>\nSaigon Centre Tower 1 is a Grade A office building with 3 basement levels + 1 (ground floor) + 25 floors, which opened in 1996.\nRental demand is high, with over 95% occupancy, and additional investment was made in 2016 to replace the office facilities.\nTower 1 is the building on the shorter side of Saigon Centre.\n

Saigon Centre Tower 2<\/h3>\nSaigon Centre Tower 1 is a Grade A office building with 6 basement floors + 1 (ground floor) + 42 floors, opened in 2017.\nIt has a very clean exterior and a picture of the building with the Takashimaya sign is often used.\nThis is the taller building on the Ben Thanh Market side.\n
