Even today, it is a region with traditional culture, values, and buildings, which is more like Vietnam than Ho Chi Minh, and is more like Vietnam's image. Even in Ho Chi Minh City, there are still many buildings where you can feel the history of the past. The Vietnamese government has a large-scale plan to operate a metro in Ho Chi Minh City, and Line 1 is attracting attention as it will be the first line of urban development. Along Metro Line 1, large-scale real estate development targeting the wealthy is progressing. Landmark 81, which opened last year, is located in a new city called Vinhomes Central Park, which was developed along the Line 1 station. Similarly, a higher-grade project called Vinhomes Golden Retriever is the third project on Line 1 that is directly connected to the station, and real estate prices are showing rapid growth.
