Resignations and retirements are leading to lower employment levels despite improving demand and output.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;Although the PMI has declined, it could head up in the coming months if demand remains strong and companies hire new people to replace retirees,&quot; Harker said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E3%82%A2%E3%82%B8%E3%82%A2%E9%96%8B%E7%99%BA%E9%8A%80%E8%A1%8CADB%E3%81%AF%E3%83%99%E3%83%88%E3%83%8A%E3%83%A0%E3%81%AE%E7%B5%8C%E6%B8%88%E6%88%90%E9%95%B7%E7%8E%87%EF%BC%882019%E5%B9%B4%EF%BC%89%E3%82%9268%EF%BC%85%E3%81%A8%E4%BA%88%E6%B8%AC\"><\/span>Asian Development Bank ADB predicts Vietnam&#039;s economic growth rate (2019) to be 6.8%<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The PMI showed a slight decline in May, but the index is above 50, indicating a booming economy.
