According to the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, FDI inflows to Hanoi in the first quarter of 2019 accounted for 38.4% of domestic FDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanoi surpassed Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province, Vietnam&#039;s main economic hubs.
